Synopsis
Slumdog Millionaire is a British film which accounts the story of an orphaned teenager Jamal Milak (Dev Patel) from the Dhavari slums of Mumbai in India, who makes an appearance on his country’s version of the popular television game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire?. Yet he’s speculated to have cheated due to his excellent performance. Hence he is arrested by police, yet then tells his personal love story of a girl he had extraordinary adventures with, which helped him know the correct answers in the game show.

  • I would’ve expected to see Slumdog Millionaire shown at my local cinema in Bracknell, as it was a popular and highly-successful film amongst a variety of audiences.

  2. I think you have done a very good job of explaining how the film “Slumdog Millionaire” was made and how the distribution and exhibition surrounded it. You clearly have a good understanding of the film industry. Also I loved the use of video and images, it made the blog more interactive and appealing to the eye. Well done.
